Near the famous piazza of Campo de' Fiori visit an artisan deli where you will enjoy Roman wine paired with typical Italian delicacies from a family who has specialized in cured meats since 1890!
Next, visit the heart of the Jewish Ghetto to see a one-of-a-kind shop described as the kingdom of cheeses. The owner, Beppe, moved to Rome from northern Piedmont where his family has been making cheese since 1891! Taste plenty of varieties paired with great red Piedmontese wine.
Then on to a classic enoteca in the heart of Trastevere which boasts a cellar of over 1200 different wines. With the help of a skilled sommelier, you will finish the night by savoring an unforgettable Italian wine with delicious local appetizers.
